Golowhe Therapy Locations

Each session is unique, being informed by you as to what interests, needs or pace might be required.

You are unique and my sessions are unique to you - in person or online.

I offer sessions in person and online, along with the opportunity to use nature and the outdoors to facilitate our relationship. You may want to start with an online consultation and build slowly to spending time outdoors or be ready to get out in the fresh air from our first meeting.

You are in control of when, where and the pace in which we move.

Walk & Talk

Walk and Talk locations in the mid-Cornwall area can include:
The Clay Trails and Pentewan Valley Trail, near St Austell;
Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock (including Respryn), near Bodmin;
The Camel Trail, near Bodmin; Goss Moor Trails, near Roche.

Some Walk and Talk trails are accessible for all abilities - options can be discussed on enquiry.

Beach options are dependent on tide times, weather conditions and seasonal access.

All locations are fully risk assessed. Please note some locations may incur a car parking fee.
If Walk and Talk sessions are unable to proceed (e.g. unsafe weather conditions), an online alternative will be offered.

If you feel more comfortable with certain facilities to hand I can offer Badger Forest School’s Higher Wheal Martyn site, where onsite parking, accessible toilets, an indoor room and/or outdoor seating are privately available. The outdoor area includes wildlife ponds, orchard, gardens and has direct access to Wheal Martyn Clay Works heritage grounds and woodland which are beautiful, calming and safe to explore.
